When submitting a ticket to Tech Support, please provide the following information:

  • Choose Help Desk in the drop down menu.

  • Include the concern in the subject line:  example:  laptop won’t turn on

  • In the body of the email explain the problem as best you can and indicate the troubleshooting steps that you have already taken

  • Use Snipping Tool, screenshot or screencast to show what you see on the screen and explain the problem.

  • Make sure you cc your site administrator when sending in a ticket   or check with your administrator about specific site process

Before submitting a SchoolDude ticket on MySchoolBuilding to your site or district maintenance department, check with your site secretary on the process followed at your site. These are requests to your custodial staff or district maintenance staff.

Use Web Outlook to access your Outlook email on the web. If using your laptop, use the Outlook program, not the Web Outlook, as this will provide you with more features than the web version.
